While there, the country star seems to be going for a new look that’s a little more ... incognito? In a video the couple shared with fans on social media, Brittany is documenting their trip as they walk through a hotel lobby, casually discussing their favorite island. As we watch the video, we see country music superstar Aldean rocking a look that we haven’t seen him sport in a while, if ever. He has a full goatee going! This new facial hair style is quite a departure from his usual looks, sparking curiosity among his fans about whether he might keep this look for his upcoming performances.

The “Let Your Boys Be Country” singer has had many different styles of facial hair over the years, but we couldn’t find evidence of a full-on goatee. In 2005, Aldean had the bottom portion of the goatee, but not the stash. His evolving style reflects his personality and his willingness to try new things, even when it comes to grooming!

He rode that look out past 2007, but still did not have that full goatee—just some scruff.
