Ree Drummond, the beloved star of Pioneer Woman, has recently made a significant change in her life. After raising her family in a house full of memories, she has decided to move out for a very good reason. This decision not only marks a new chapter for her family but also hints at exciting changes coming to her popular Food Network show.
Ree and her husband Ladd had been living in the same house in Pawhuska, Oklahoma, where he grew up. It was the place where they raised their children, creating countless cherished moments. However, with most of their kids now in college or having graduated, the couple recognized it was time to downsize. Ree revealed to People magazine that their former home had some serious issues, particularly with its foundation, prompting the move.
To accommodate their needs, Ree and Ladd built a smaller house right next door over the past year, and they officially moved in last December. Their youngest son, Todd, is the only child still living at home, while the couple plans to build a new main house in the future. Interestingly, Pioneer Woman is filmed in the lodge on their family ranch, making this transition a significant yet exciting change for the family.
